This is a key position supporting the EMEIA People Advisory Services (PAS) business growth objectives by developing and delivering effective internal communications that align with the PAS and EY brand, marketing and communications, and business development plans.
As part of the EMEIA PAS Enablement Team, you will be working closely with our EMEIA PAS Brand, Marketing and Communications Leader and the EMEIA PAS Leadership Team to play an integral part in delivering communications that engage audiences across the EMEIA region.
Your key responsibilities
Operating within a ‘start-up’-like environment you will be responsible for:
Driving and executing the communications and stakeholderengagement aspects of EMEIA PAS business and BMC strategic projects andinitiatives
Engaging a community of EMEIA PAS BMC champions and creatingawareness and action across the EMEIA PAS business community
Developing messaging and deliverables to support therequirements of the EMEIA PAS leadership
Connectivity with Global and EMEIA counterparts to driveawareness, share best practice, cooperate on joint projects and bring keyknowledge to EMEIA PAS.
Success in this role will be demonstrated through building “trusted advisor” relationships with EMEIA PAS executives, developing and executing an annual EMEIA PAS communications strategy that aligns with the Global PAS communications strategy, and providing effective support for key campaigns through multiple forms of communication activities and programs.
You will be used to quickly producing ‘business-as-usual’ announcements and comfortable in supporting putting together presentations and talking points for leadership meetings, events, and for other communications platforms.

Creativityand an eye for detail To qualify for the role you must have
Minimum five years of strategic internalcommunications experience in B2B environment, with a proven track record insupporting executive teams
Experience in a cross-border role, managingcomplex Global programs
Excellent written English and good presentationskills
Extensive experience in producing content anddeploying through a comprehensive range of communication channels and platformsincluding social media, video and digital platforms, internal intranet sites,webcasts and events.
Working knowledge of EY, professional servicessector, or matrix organisations
Ability to interact, influence and communicateeffectively with key stakeholders
Strongproject management skills with the ability to prioritize and close multipleprojects.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience in copywriting for digital andsocial platforms
Experience in working with creative agenciesand in-house experience
Proven people-management skills.
