We are an organization without borders. Being a part of our Europe, Middle Eastern, India and Africa (EMEIA) market, you will have the chance to work with teams across borders with the opportunity to expose yourself to different cultures, ways of working and mobility.

Our Employer Brand team manages all recruitment marketing initiatives for EMEIA Financial Services, focusing on building brand awareness externally and developing a compelling people proposition. Our campaigns work to attract the best talent into the business and we work closely with all talent sub-teams to make the EY employee experience an exceptional one.

  • Empower our people to use social media through the facilitation of one-to-one training and group workshops.

  • Manage our internal marketing approvals process and digital content management system.

  • Support both the employer brand team and wider talent community on any adhoc projects requiring marketing and communications support

To Qualify for the role you must have:

  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to present in front of varied audiences and cultivate networks in a matrixed organization
