We work with a range of clients, advising management teams on strategy development, and both corporate and private equity clients on the acquisition or divestment of businesses. Our views are based on existing sector knowledge and evidence available from a wide variety of sources such as industry experts, economic data, customers and internal company data, and we use all of these to provide an independent view on the business plan.
Our projects are typically complex assignments that frequently involve working with colleagues across a variety of disciplines, as well as other professional advisors.
