Program Execution Services (PES) is EY’s internal consulting team. As part of our Advisory service line in EY’s Global Headquarters in London, the purpose of PES is to accelerate the execution of EY’s strategic programs and projects.

Global PES Center Managers are project and change management specialists who partner with our Senior Leaders as their trusted business advisors. Working on high profile global initiatives, the Global PES Center Manager is a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and is able to define an effective and pragmatic approach to delivery.

The Global PES Center Manager leverages their business acumen, technical expertise, knowledge of EY, internal relationships and consulting skills to realise the outcomes and business benefits of their engagements.

Working with Senior Leaders and their teams, the Global PES Manager must be able to listen to and understand the concerns and priorities of their stakeholders and overcome issues and potentially competing needs to deliver a workable and effective solution.

Accountabilities

  • Challenges approach and makes recommendations to accelerate implementation of strategic programs

  • Creates value to clients independently- bringing excellent project and change management skills and past client experiences

  • Deploys consulting best practice knowledge and techniques when undertaking work

  • Performs rapid assessment of current landscape for clients and is able to provide insights around hypotheses and solutions

Skills requirements

  • Manager level with significant professional experience

  • Proven track record as a senior project manager or change manager on large scale, global, complex and significant company projects

  • Ability to establish and maintain credibility and excellent client relationships with people of all ranks including Senior Leaders

  • Experience scoping projects and successfully managing client expectations and requirements

  • Ability to manage ambiguity and the political aspects of change

  • Excellent written, oral and presentation communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Good analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change

  • Ability to work and team with a multitude of different people and different cultures
