Technology Transformation Manager – Open to Flexible Working

We are seeing massive growth and potential in Technology Transformation advisory across multiple sectors including Retail, Auto, Telecom, Life Sciences, Government, etc.
We are seeking highly experienced individual that has worked in Technology Transformation space with large recognised businesses in UK / abroad.
A highly rewarding role within the EY Technology Advisory practice; responsible for the design of innovative solutions to solve our clients' complex business problems, with cutting edge and pragmatic technology solutions. We are looking for skills and experience of designing and implementing IT Strategy, IT Operating Models, improving the Service Design & Architecture landscape, managing IT capabilities and addressing performance improvement challenges facing the CIO/CDO.
You will be engaging with our clients' senior executives, business representatives, and technology teams to understand current state business and technology landscape and developing pragmatic solutions.

Your key responsibilities
In your role as a Manager within Technology Transformation you will have responsibility for:
· Engaging with clients’ at senior levels across the organisation (both business & technology)
· Managing engagements within Technology Transformation practice
· Leading and managing high performing teams, taking responsibility for delivery
· Being a thought leader in relevant field, proactively contributing to development of the EY Technology practice
· Developing proposals, responding to client requirements, providing subject matter expertise
This role will be based out of the UK with flexible working arrangement. This role require travel from time-to-time to both domestic and international locations depending on client needs.
Skills and attributes for success
The role requires excellent business and technology understanding, as well as significant experience in the implementation and delivery of technology, and an ability to develop leading edge solutions, bringing clarity where there is ambiguity. This is a role where you will be expected to manage and deliver project outcomes, and support the team in adding value, building on your technical expertise and building lasting relationships with clients.
We are looking for a highly motivated, articulate individual who has experience of the whole technology lifecycle and is passionate about designing innovative solutions to solve complex business problems.
You must have significant years’ experience of designing and implementing IT roadmaps and blueprints, creating value through Service Architecture, developing Cloud and Digital strategies, specialising in two or more of the core IT Strategy disciplines:
IT Strategy & Enablement
IT Service Management
IT Operating Model
To qualify for the role you must have
Must be qualified in TOGAF / ITIL or equivalent, and have experience of Technology Transformation projects.
You must be able to demonstrate confidence in presenting and facilitating large groups of people and being able to remove complexity with a clear articulation of business benefits for the solutions that are developed.
