Your Key Responsibilities

As a Restructuring Executive,you'll make a technical contribution to Restructuring engagements and internal projects.

When required, you'll personally execute designated restructuring procedures and lead teams or parts of teams on engagements, depending on the size of the engagement.

You'll actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships and make sure that delivered client work is of high quality. As part of this, you'll anticipate and identify risks and escalate issues, as appropriate.

As an influential member of the team, you'll help to create a positive learning culture and will coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop.

  • Displaya high level of commercial acumen, and an awareness of the key drivers ofcorporate failure or underperformance

  • Proficientin detailed financial and commercial analysis and able to identifypotential areas of sensitivity

  • Ableto identify key issues on assignments and suggest workable solutions

  • Experiencedin presenting findings clearly in reports and other deliverables toclients

  • Appreciationof the risks inherent in advising distressed businesses and theirstakeholders

  • Demonstrateprofessionalism and confidence to deal with a range of stakeholder groupsand management teams

  • Conductperformance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff

  • Contributeto people initiatives including recruiting, retaining and trainingRestructuring professional

  • Maintainan educational program to continually develop personal skills

To qualify for the role you must have

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a Big 4 environmentincluding operational experience of planning of projects and engagements,identifying issues and finding solutions as well as a detailedunderstanding of financial modelling;

  • Further experience required around coaching and developing juniorstaff as well as liaising and coordinating with external clients andstakeholders;

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability toproduce high-calibre reports and summary for clients.
