We are now seeking experienced people & business change consultants to create the highest quality solution design and implementation practices, reflecting leading agile, data-driven, collaborative approaches.

In your role in the team, you would:
Lead the change management workstreams through the entire cycle of complex organisation transformation, using waterfall, agile and other contemporary methodologies
Translate organisations’ strategic goals into effective target operating models and drive organisational design decisions
Define and implement the people and organisational implications of major transformation programmes:
Align: Design and facilitate leadership collaborative events to define a shared purpose, develop transformations solution, implementation roadmap and target behaviours
Engage: Define the impacts of change and execute a robust, innovative communications & engagement campaign, including colleague journeys
Enable: Mobilise change delivery capability and undertake workforce capability assessments and relevant sourcing solutions
Sustain: Implement transition planning, including tracking and monitoring programme specific dashboards and key KPIs
Identify and build new opportunities by building and leveraging client relationships
Lead business development and client pursuit efforts by creating innovative proposals and delivering winning presentations to clients
Coach and provide learning opportunities for junior team members

To qualify for the role you must have
Management consultant/HR professional with relevant experience in advising clients on large scale HR programmes and OD and change projects within large and complex organisations
Proven track record in one or more of the following: change management, organisational design, process design, HR Transformation, project management, and technology optimisation
A proven track record of proactively building and managing client stakeholders, including providing constructive challenge, influencing decisions, providing robust advice, delivering difficult messages and managing performance issues, up to C suite-1 level
Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience of working on projects gained working within a professional services firm, global consultancy firm and/or large private and/or public sector organisations
Experience of working in the financial services sector
