The Opportunity:

The Sales & Revenue Reporting Analyst will be based in within EMEIA FSO AIBD. The EMEIA FSO business consists of 19 country locations across Europe and is focused on the Financial Services market with a client base across the Wealth & Asset Management, Banking & Capital Markets and Insurance sectors. The AIBD (Accounts Industries & Business Development) team supports our client facing staff by driving a number of go to market initiatives and client management best practice programmes.

The primary role of the Sales & Revenue Reporting Analyst is to provide first class business-wide reports and analytics to the EMEIA FSO Leadership. Using the EY tools (e.g. ERP / CRM & Finance), the role will focus on understanding the data, analysing the output, preparing impactful insights and communicating it in a way that is meaningful to the senior Leadership of the firm. The reports and analysis the candidate will produce are fundamental towards the FSO and wider firm business on how resource and investment is allocated as well as the strategic priorities are addressed.

Your KeyResponsibilities:

· Produce management information that contributes towards visibility of Region growth and performance against revenue plan, thus enabling leadership to make informed interventions in the management of the business

· Produce robust and insightful MI for EMEIA FSO leadership and their teams

· Work closely with the EMEIA FSO Finance team, Service Line, Industry Operations and Account teams to deliver aligned revenue and sales reporting. Also work with the Global Markets/Finance team and other EMEIA FSO locations

· Manage account data attributes within EY internal systems in order to drive accurate performance reporting

· Support annual revenue planning process to set targets that support the growth ambition of the business

· Contribute ideas and insights to the reporting community of AIBD and Finance, also the other FSO regions.

· The position holder will perform other responsibilities and tasks as required to achieve the agreed performance outcomes.

· Serve as Markets Reporting SME to others in the EMEIA FSO business

· Support Account, Market Segment and Service Line Teams to review and extract insights from account reporting

· Work across geographical boundaries with teams across 19 country locations in EMEIA FSO and the offshore GDS teams

· Faultless and timely reporting outputs.

· Reporting outputs contribute towards visibility of Region growth and performance against revenue plan enabling leadership to make informed interventions in the management of the business

· Support annual revenue planning process to set targets that support the growth ambition of the business

· Quality in every aspect of development and output.

· Development of revenue and sales pipeline reporting and analytics across EMEIA FSO

· Provide support to Account, Market Segment and Service Line Teams concerning interpretation and use of demand side account data and reporting.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

· Conduct deep analysis working with BI/analytical tools, develop effective dashboards/storyboards and provide impactful messages to support decision making

· Experience producing management information using large data set of Sales & Pipeline as well as Revenues from CRM & Finance tools

· Excellent MS office skills including Excel and PowerPoint are required

· Being able to assimilate data from multiple sources and develop reporting

· Strong data analytical skills (i.e., being able to identify and research issues)

· Excellent accuracy and high level of detail

· Extremely organized and able to remain calm under pressure – be able to manage simultaneous deliverables

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to use initiative, problem solve and to make appropriate recommendations

· In depth knowledge of the firm’s business management systems including ARD, InterAction / Mercury and GFIS and the impact these have on reporting

· Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance or other business discipline.

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have:

· Proven experience working with BI/analytical tool like PowerBi, Tableau, Spotfire, and other data visualization tools and develop effective dashboards / storyboards

· Experience in producing impactful reports and executive summaries in a succinct way using MS PowerPoint, etc.

· Experience in developing data models, forecasting, scenario analysis, predictive analysis is desirable

· At least 3 to 5 years professional business experience.
