The Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) function has an important role to play in helping to achieve EY’s ambition to create long-term value as the world’s most trusted, distinctive professional services organization.
The function is made up of around 2,000 professionals, working across the Executive and Regions in the following areas of specialism: Brand; Marketing; PR/Media Relations & External Communications; Social media; Internal Communications & Employee Engagement; and Corporate communications.

The EY Private Global Entrepreneurship BMC Program Leader will embrace the power of the entrepreneurship mindset to create and execute dynamic global marketing campaigns that will shift perception, build brand, deepen relationships, and get people thinking different. They will report directly to the EY Private Global BMC Leader and the EY Private Global Entrepreneurship Leader. The role will be a beacon for entrepreneurship and a catalyst for collaborating across all parts of the firm and with an incredible ecosystem of unstoppable entrepreneurs.

They include the ultimate global competition for entrepreneurs: EY Entrepreneur Of The Year and EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year which airs on CNBC broadcast television in over 100 markets.
Your key responsibilities
The role will be to inspire a global team and collaborate across the whole of EY and our entrepreneurship ecosystem to develop and deploy high impact marketing programs to further elevate EY’s brand leadership in entrepreneurship. The role will a catalyst for ingenuity and be a champion for the power of entrepreneurship.
Provide innovative leadership in the global marketing strategy and plan for entrepreneurship.
Create distinctive marketing messages, and award-winning creative assets and campaigns.
Join up the marketing campaigns across entrepreneurship programs to create bigger market impact.
Pursue, nurture and/or manage strategic sponsorships to boost EY’s brand in entrepreneurship.
Lead on expertise on digital content marketing.
Fostering collaboration among EY and our strategic partners (CNBC, YPO, Hult Prize, Meaningful Business etc.).
Team with the EY Private communications and engagement leader to inspire internal audiences.
Be a role model on social media for engaging with target audience.
Be fluent in the impact and workings of paid media.
Manage BMC budget for Global Entrepreneurship.

Operational excellence : Budget and financial management responsibility. Ensure compliance with all EY planning, reporting, quality, and risk management processes.
To qualify for the role, you must have
More than 12+ years in strategic brand, marketing, and communications expertise.
Proven experience in developing and launching muli-faceted global marketing campaigns that use multiple communications channels including paid media.
Deep business understanding of entrepreneurs and the Private Capital Markets.
Openness and excitement to learn, try new technologies/innovations to create distinct marketing campaigns and actively listen.
Savvy in social media – LinkedIn and Twitter preferred.
Strong team leadership skills to inspire diverse team members and external agencies to manage multiple complex deliverables, incite creativity and influence stakeholders.
Event experience (designing, advising, amplifying, and delivering) – face-to-face and virtual.
