The SA Change Leader - News & Releases will direct a team of consultants and professionals who own technology-focused news creation and consumer experience for EY colleagues. This is a new role and team, tasked with establishing a recurring, multi-channel bundled news “push” service that is balanced and supported by a “pull” enterprise news site offering deeper information and functionality. Both serve to support awareness and adoption of company-facing technology platforms and services, such as Microsoft M365.

This team owns the content strategy, editorial calendar, analytics and continuous improvement for the SA news service, including functionality optimization of the site’s news pages and feeds (e.g., search, content filters, analytics).

The team will also publish an SA organizational newsletter and/or news feed for the End User Technology (EUTX) parent organization and other stakeholders.

As part of its scope, the team will work closely with stakeholders such as Product Managers and the SA Team’s project intake managers to maintain visibility to technology roadmaps and releases. Strong relationships are also vital with the SA’s technology influencer network, corporate brand and communication channel owners, UX survey and design experts, and other IT site and content owners across and outside EUTX.

The Lead will be responsible for the productivity and performance of this team, and its successful operations:

  • Strategic, creative and impactful news campaigns, and high-quality written and designed content

  • Skilled translation of technology roadmap and jargon into human, “what’s in it for me” awareness and actions

  • Continuous updates and functionality improvements to SA news pages and feeds

  • Smart creation and application of audience segmentation, metadata and analytics

  • Project and people management excellence, including agile and fluid teaming and knowledge-sharing

  • Strong partnership with IT product management, brand oversight and corporate channel owners

  • Responsive service to SA colleagues, including Campaigns team peers and SA project intake

  • Sensitivity to partner and client context in EUTX and across the EY technology estate

  • Feedback- and data-driven continuous improvement of team offerings and practices

The Lead will create and improve team processes, engagement and results through challenges that include quick pace, constantly changing cloud platform roadmaps, iterative site evolution and functionality development, a complex stakeholder map and evolution of the overall SA operational model to reflect and support dramatically increased scope.

The role requires an understanding of adoption of technology platforms, including business/market demands, end user behavior change, corporate communication models and challenges, resource and capacity management, and project delivery including driving, reporting and enhancing operations. Stakeholder management is also essential across SA, technology domains, and other senior executives.

This is a non-client facing role without chargeability requirements.

Great flexibility to work from a home office with limited travel.

This role is generally guided by the EUTX Service Adoption Global Lead.
