ServiceNow Manager – ITSM: This position can be anywhere in the country

Your key responsibilities

Here, you'll handle a wide portfolio of clients, each with their own backgrounds, strengths and ambitions, so no two days will be the same. That could mean working to improve our customers' HR, Compliance, Facilities, Legal or IT solutions. Wherever you find yourself, you'll be making a visible impact on projects that cross borders and challenge conventional wisdom to encourage transformation.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Acting as a technical leader across all aspects of ServiceNow project and solution delivery

  • Providing guidance and expertise on IT Service Management (ITSM) process implementation, along with understanding the connectivity to IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes

  • Leading client design sessions, facilitating requirements workshops and interacting with functional and/or business process area subject matter resources

  • Providing insights and recommendations on how ServiceNow aligns with and can support specific business objectives

  • Supporting project and agile scrum management activities

  • Overseeing application and workflow design, configuration and testing

  • Developing client-specific reporting processes and integration components

  • Providing trusted advice on how digital transformation and technology enablement can lead to improved performance

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline; supported by experience in a similar technical environment

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow project experience

  • ITIL v4 foundation certification

  • Experience leading teams and supervising others

  • A customer-focused approach to work, and the ability to translate often-complex requirements into decisive digital platform strategies

  • The confidence to build lasting relationships and influence senior colleagues and clients from a wide range of backgrounds

  • A flair for identifying and capitalizing on new revenue streams

  • A driver's license valid in the U.S.

  • Ability to travel to meet client needs

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Event Management

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Service Mapping

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management

What we offer

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $235,400. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,100 to $267,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
