Principal objetivo de la vacante:

Advise our clients by developing a strategic analysis for mainly Spanish Power & Utilities sector based on a deep regulation and sector expertise, in addition of corporate finance and modeling knowledges. This may be in the context of a transaction, on the impact of a regulatory change, a new market opportunity or other stategic goals, with the aim of improving the decision making process leading to better strategic results.

As a member of a growing Power & Utilities team, you will mainly be involved in the development of solutions for Power & Utilities transactions (mainly in Spain) based on financial models supported by a deep understanding of the Spanish regulation and the sector with various objectives (M&A operations, raising of financing, debt restructuring plans, corporate restructuring plans, etc).

As a Senior Analyst you will also have team management responsibilities and will be tasked with more complex aspects of the projects.


  • We are seeking a Business Administration or Engineering degree, ideally with a master’s degree in Finance or Corporate Finance.

  • You will need excellent teaming and leadership skills, the ability to plan and organize several simultaneous engagements, and the people skills necessary to manage diverse teams.

  • Proven knowledge in finance and accounting (IFRS).

  • From 2 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience in a Business Development or M&A department of an Utility / Renewable company is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
