Manage a team of admin staff tasked to support the Data Delivery Team.
Effectively manage and monitor the web-based tracking site that serves as a repository of all data analytics request. This includes managing of client lists, data management, archiving.
Maintain and manage enablement site content and updates, including knowledge documents.
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about data delivery capabilities.
Process folder creation and provision access requests via IT service portal, track completion based on agreed service level agreement (SLA) and escalate long outstanding tickets to the Data Delivery Lead.
Monitor requests and queries coming through the central mailbox and provide responses based on a standard communications pack within the agreed SLA.
Effectively manage the administration associated with the client analytics roadmap plans, including management reporting on key milestones.
Responsible for preparing management reporting for the Data Delivery Team and leadership.
Work with Data Delivery Lead to assist with resource management of the entire Data Delivery Team.
Actively participates in process improvement discussions aimed at identifying bottlenecks and streamlining processes.
Responsible for managing technology and back-end support requests related to Data Delivery.
At least 3 years of related work experience in professional services firm preferably with practical knowledge of accounting and IT. Experience in managing teams, a plus.
A degree in business/accounting (management accounting, business administration or related degrees) or IT (information technology, management information systems or related degrees).
Excellent project management skills in managing multiple projects with conflicting demands, timeframes, and stakeholders and the ability to function well in high pressure situations.
Maintains effectiveness and adaptability when experiencing major changes in processes, work structures and requirements.
Ability to work as an individual contributor and can work in a team environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with a strong attention to detail.
Intermediate level skills in using Microsoft ® Office tools particularly Excel & Outlook.
