Skillsand attributes for success
Leading fieldwork, managingperformance and keeping engagement leaders updated on audit engagements
Completing audit processesand documenting higher-risk areas to increase your technical and businessskills
Engaging clients andproviding authoritative advice and professionalism throughout transactions
Constantly developing yourunderstanding of current market trends and processes and sharing yourknowledge to develop junior colleagues
Understanding our clients’unique ambitions and needs and referring them to colleagues in other teamsand areas to broaden our business relationships where possible
Toqualify for the role you must have
Experience working as anExternal Auditor in a public accounting firm
ACA/ACCA/CA qualified orinternational equivalent
Experience leading theplanning, execution and reporting on audits in the Financial Services sector
Working knowledge of IFRS
Experience working with Insurance clients with an audit focus
Ideally,you’ll also have
Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a collaborative approach to management
The flexibility to constantly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
