As a member of our GPS team you will join a talented group of professionals, serving in key roles advising US Federal Agencies addressing issues in risk/cybersecurity, performance improvement, program effectiveness and technology consulting. The EY GPS practice focuses across disciplines with Defense and National Security, Civilian, Health, and International agencies.

Yourkey responsibilities

  • Collaboratewith design engineers to evaluate end-to-end systems and systems-orientedproducts through their entire life cycle.

  • Ensureproducts and systems comply with requirements and government informationand cyber security standards through formal verification methods.

  • Assessperformance using evaluation criteria and technical performance measures.

  • Prepareassessments and cyber threat profiles of current and planned productsbased on testing, research and analysis.

  • Participatein design reviews to ensure applicability to current systems and traceabilityof requirements

  • Provide bothsubject matter expertise and project management experience

  • Work withprospective clients to identify opportunities, scope engagements, andbuild relationships

  • Mentoringand coaching Staff and Senior Consultants to grow their technical andconsulting skills

  • Improve EY’sbusiness processes and incident response methodologies.

  • Routine linemanagement and leadership of staff within the cybersecurity Managementfunction.

  • Leveragingcybersecurity frameworks / standards like RMF, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, NISTCSF, NIST 800-53, etc.

  • Participatein the design and operation of related compliance monitoring andimprovement activities to ensure compliance both with internal securitypolicies etc. and applicable laws and regulations

  • Participatein cybersecurity risk assessments and controls selection activities

Skillsand attributes for success

  • Knowledge ofand experience working with Federal clients including some of thefollowing: Branches of the Military, Defense Agencies, IntelligenceCommunity, Civil Agencies, Federal Health Agencies, or FederalInternational Agencies

  • Deliverquality client services. Drive high-quality work products within expectedtimeframes and on budget

Toqualify for the role you must have

  • A bachelor'sdegree in a related field

  • 8+ years ofprofessional, related experience

  • RiskManagement Framework (RMF) experience

  • Experienceperforming system requirements analysis, design and development activities

  • Expertiseperforming engineering analysis and issue resolutions; Analyzing anddeveloping CONOPs, system architectures and requirements

  • Experiencedeveloping specifications and drawings; Supporting process engineering andoptimization activities

  • IAM Level 1or higher certification (CAP, CISM, CISSP)

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret-level clearance or higher.
