You will be a Manager focusing on IT Capabilities Improvement for the Tech Consulting team. We work collaboratively with our clients, establishing a business-driven vision for the future of our clients’ IT systems, processes and infrastructure, through the application of leading practices and the improvement of IT service management and infrastructure capabilities. We help them develop a structured view of the operational interactions between the application and infrastructure components and build a roadmap of the future state. These IT operational models guide design decision making and facilitate the long-term achievement of the strategic vision.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing standalone projects or elements of multiple client engagements. Your duties will include service delivery and supporting practice development activities in the Tech Consulting practice. We will look to you to provide leadership, manage, and motivate diverse teams. The expectations are that you will be able to maintain long-term client relationships and networks and cultivate business development opportunities.
To qualify for the role you must have
A bachelor's (or advanced) degree with approximately seven years of related work experience in an architecture discipline
Demonstrated subject matter expertise in automation technologies with at least one year of RPA work experience, utilizing leading RPA technologies, such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, and UiPath
Demonstrated understanding of automation concepts
Ability to support building and maintaining a book of business and ability to support proposal writing efforts
Demonstrated understanding of automation implementation methodologies, ideally in an Agile context
Experience with full lifecycle automation implementations
Demonstrated subject matter expertise in related architecture areas such as data architecture, integration architecture and patterns, web application architecture and infrastructure
An ability to handle complexity and ambiguity, and provide structure and solutions to complex problems
Demonstrated ability to effectively lead teams and successfully deliver projects
Ideally, the candidate will also have:
Experience in similar consulting firms and demonstrated track record of providing consulting services to organizations
Proven ability to lead diverse teams and ability to facilitate inclusive teaming
