Your key responsibilities

In your role as a Senior Consultant in the Customer team you will:

  • Contribute to full scale operational and organisational transformations across the client’s organisation with a particular focus on their customer outcomes and functions

  • Prepare and deliver client proposals and other sales supporting materials

  • Manage client stakeholder relationships

  • Package overall project findings into clear, concise, high-quality work products

  • Act as a subject matter resource on one or more services, you'll leverage knowledge and experience to shape EY’s services to meet client problems

We’re looking for people with the following experience:

  • Creating and developing new businesses through implementing strategic initiatives

  • Leading and working in multiple projects with a collaborative and result-oriented approach

  • Going the extra mile to meet and surpass customer needs and expectations

  • Be self-motivated and organised

  • A positive attitude and keen willingness to learn, demonstrating flexibility and accountability

  • The ability to help with Business Development

  • Exceptional analytical and report writing skills

  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal, customer interface and presentation skills

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Up to 5 years’ experience in a relevant industry/consulting role, working on numerous projects

  • A Bachelor's and/or post graduate degree in business, commerce or a related major.

  • Strong project management, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.

You will impress us with your technical skills, however, it will be your strong communication skills, ability to build and develop relationships and commitment to delivering excellence in client service that will stand you apart.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience in customer value proposition, customer support, customer analytics, digitalization and Retailing

  • Experience as a Consultant in CRM processes and tools

  • Experience and/or willingness to work in cross sector
