About The Opportunity
As a Consultant in our People Advisory Services Practice you will work within a high-performing team to assist leading organisations get the most out of their people.
In your role you will:
Create innovative insights for clients, adapting methods and practices to fit project needs
Help clients reshape how they operate and build capability
Build client networks and relationships
Use your knowledge and experience to shape our services to meet client problems
Work on challenging projects across a diverse range of issues
We are currently looking for people with 1-3 years experience in organisational design, workforce planning, talent management and large scale organisational transformation space. You will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to draw insight. You will also be a proven self-starter and have the ability to apply core consulting and project management skills in engagement settings.
