EY DnA is looking for an experienced Resource Manager who enjoy a challenge and are keen to work in a professional and collaborative environment.

About the role

As the resource manager, you will be a key member of the operations team and ensure that we maximise business performance through proactive management of our 400 + technology focused talent pool. You will work closely with partners, directors and project managers as a trusted advisor managing demand and providing advice on talent gaps across the business.

You will report directly into the lead resource manager and work closely with EYDnA internal recruitment team.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing key relationships within the talent pool, engagement managers/partners and sales team. Facilitate discussions to identify appropriate outcomes to benefit both the business and individuals

  • Pipeline & Demand management – Ensuring direct connectivity between sales teams and the experience manager

  • Talent pool management & experience optimisation – Actively managing bench, available capacity by understanding capability and proactively identifying opportunities for all available resources

  • Experience management – Promoting identification and delivery of career experiences as part of every engagement

  • Leakage management and data quality- Conduct weekly analysis and follow up team members regarding missing timesheets, unopened job codes and allocation of time to incorrect codes to ensure accurate view of business performance

  • Building individual capability and personal brand through a detailed development plan that deliver the learning, coaching and experiences needed to grow

  • Provide weekly operational reporting to leadership team regarding utilization and identify any relevant impacts and/or recommendations

  • Continuous Improvement – Supporting roll out of initiatives on behalf of the Experience Management Leader and Talent Leader to improve business and team performance

About you

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Experience with experience management and planning or business operations within a professional services environment

  • Refined relationship and stakeholder management skills at all levels

  • Ability to facilitate and negotiate discussions with senior stakeholders

  • Strong analytical and problem skills

  • Strong data analysis skills and provide recommendations

  • Skills Gap Analysis

  • Experience working closely with colleagues in a high-performing team

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office

  • Strong communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills

  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude

  • Strong personal integrity and adherence to strict confidentiality

  • Ability to build trust and confidence with key stakeholders at all levels

  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
