With more than 11,000 professionals globally, joining our People Advisory Services Practiceas a Senior Consultant or Manager you will work with leading organisations to help them navigate change, deliver business outcomes and realise the investments from their change programs.
As a part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to apply and develop your existing change and business readiness capabilities by working with experts in organisational design, change management, HR Transformation, talent management, culture and leadership.
As our ideal candidate you will be or have worked in a Management consulting firm and wanting to take the next step to deepen your change experience with a global leader in change, or; You are working for a major corporate in the design and delivery of transformation programs, and wanting to build your career in consulting with a global leader in change.
In your role you will work within a team to:
Create contemporary change strategies and plans to fit project needs;
Create practical change tools that are bespoke for the client’s needs;
Bring innovative insights for clients on what drives and embeds change;
Effectively engage with stakeholders to deliver change outcomes;
Build client networks and relationships;
Use your knowledge and experience to shape our services to meet client problems;
Work on challenging projects across a diverse range of issues and industries;
Skills and attributes for success
If you are a natural leader with a proven ability to apply core consulting and project management skills in engagement settings, and are passionate about contributing to the latest thinking and practices in transformational change, then EY is the place for you. We are looking for the following experience:
Prior experience with a Management consulting firm and wanting to take the next step to deepen your change experience with a global leader in change
Demonstrated specific experience in change management, HR transformation and Organisational Design at the project, portfolio and enterprise levels, and with experience in large scale organisational transformation
Leadership skills within proven ability to apply core consulting and project management skills in engagement setting
Proven consulting experience, including the ability to engage clients and colleagues at all levels, facilitate client discussions and engage follow on opportunities;
Experience writing winning points of view or proposals;
Excellent standard of oral and written communication.
