With more than 11,000 professionals globally, joining our People Advisory Services Practice as a Senior Consultant or Manager you will work with leading organisations to help them navigate HR transformation, deliver people focused business outcomes and realise the investments from their HR transformation programs. Combining HR transformation skills, prior Management Consulting experience, project and programme experience and business problem solving capabilities, you will support our clients to design and deliver effective HR transformation across a broad range of clients and industries.
Your key responsibilities
In your role you will you will work within a team and play a key role in the design and delivery of HR Operating Models, building the case for HR Transformation with a focus on areas of competitive differentiation, leading or implementing streams of an HR transformation with a focus on client outcomes, innovative design of leading edge HR solutions to, for example, drive employee experience while reducing cost and listening to and delighting our clients.
Skills and attributes for success
Exposure to HR business or HR technology related roles
Experience in project management of HR transformations within a large organisation;
Understanding of HR business challenges and how to improve people and business outcomes;
Consulting experience, including the ability to engage clients and colleagues at all levels and facilitate client discussions and workshops;
Experience writing winning points of view or proposals;
Experience leading, coaching and supporting people to be part of high performing teams;
Excellent standard of oral and written communication.
To qualify for the role you must have
Worked in a Management Consulting firm previously
Project experience working for a major corporate in design and delivery of HR transformation programs
Specific experience in HR Transformation in large organisations
Proven ability to apply consulting and project management skills
Passion to contribute to the latest thinking and practices in global HR transformation
