EY Data & Analytics (DnA) is the data and advanced analytics service line within EY Asia-Pacific that is delivering leading edge solutions to its clients across multiple industry sectors including, financial services, telecommunications, public sector, energy, mining & metals, and consumer products. The opportunity

We are looking to appoint a Senior Consultant to our DnA Recruitment team, based in Melbourne. Sourcing great candidates isn’t always easy, and in this role you’ll need to be creative and comfortable speaking with both active and passive candidates. This is a great opportunity for you to learn new skills, build on your career, and help to grow a global network. Your key responsibilities

  • Working with senior stakeholders to keep on top of hiring requirements for your designated Region

  • Identifying, headhunting and screening candidates

  • Reviewing and shortlisting applications and managing candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle

  • Work with the DnA Recruitment Lead to plan and execute recruitment campaigns, as well supporting on strategic recruitment initiaives

  • Providing an exceptional candidate experience

Skills and attributes for success

  • Experience across entire talent acquisition lifecycle, from identification through to on-boarding

  • Outstanding relationship management skills and strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and constantly changing environment

  • Able to work autonomously and manage your own talent pools and portfolio of candidates
