EY’s Sourcing on Demand (SOD) TA team is comprised of both full time and contractor Sourcing Analyst resources which is part of America’s Talent Acquisition team that will be deployed on short to medium-term assignments as determined by business needs. As part of the SOD team, the Sourcing Analyst will cover the sourcing needs on a temporary basis that arise from sudden spikes in the business, leaves, and the need to fill critical niche or hard to fill roles.

The Senior Associate Sourcing Analyst will be responsible to source, match and engage with talent for both client serving and internal facing roles across all Service Lines (FSO, Business Consulting, Tech Consulting, GPS, CBS, Tax, Assurance, SaT and SDC). The Sourcing Analyst (SA) is responsible for sourcing high quality talent from internal and external sources, reviewing active applicants on open requisitions and analyzing recruiting data within defined service level agreements (SLAs). The SA will use basic sourcing strategies and tools to source and develop qualified talent to present to Talent Acquisition Recruiters, turning over talent once identified and minimally screened. In addition, the SAs will also assist with recruiting and branding initiatives, diversity campaigns, partnering with 3rd party vendors & recruiting counterparts, creating internal referral campaigns, and providing data and reports to other TA leads.

This role will be part of a team of high performing SAs and will collaborate closely with the Sourcing on Demand, Sr. TA Lead to establish robust candidate pipelines, provide market intelligence and drive usage of recruitment analytics to increase speed to market. You'll work with business leaders, talent team members, recruiting leaders and hiring managers to execute on workforce and hiring plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Sourcing Analyst TA for a Sub-Service Line or a Practice within EY

  • Act as the main recruiting contact or support for key client groups and internal and external candidates.

  • Develop sound business relationships with internal clients to achieve stated goals

  • Identify candidates through multiple sources including employee referrals, social networking sites (e.g. LinkedIn), alumni, transfers and agencies

  • Source top talent from multiple job boards, perform proactive research in marketplace and use sourcing tools for most commonly needed skills in demand

  • Present qualified referrals and active applicants to the appropriate TA Recruiter for continuation of the interview process.

  • Work with TA recruiters for posting and unposting of requisitions through all available channels

  • Create innovative and diverse sourcing strategies with recruiters to ensure pre-screening questions adequately identify qualified candidates

  • Develop and maintain reports such as market intelligence reports by correlating data from multiple tools/sources

  • Focus on special projects as needed which could include initiatives around branding, sourcing, diversity, market intel, recruiting operations, compliance etc

Qualifications:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in a recruiting or recruiting related role with an aptitude for understanding

  • 6-12 months of sourcing experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required

  • Proficient in MS Office suite; familiarity with ATS/CRM tools

  • Sound understanding and use of social media to further drive our candidate pipelines

  • Creative ideas and suggestions on how to improve our internal client engagement, communications, operations, and execution of our active applicant process

  • Strong interpersonal skills coupled with organizational awareness and an understanding of how to manage sensitive relationships

  • Refined communication skills, verbal and written, with the comfort-level to disposition candidates in a professional manner

  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently, autonomously, and remotely, without day to day oversight

  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

  • Prompt follow up with internal clients to ensure task assignments are completed in a timely manner

  • Strong organization skills with the ability to be Agile
