Digital Advertising is critical to our clients’ brand awareness and strategic growth. EY helps clients across industries maximize their paid media investments to optimize ROI, drive traffic, increase engagement and accelerate growth.
You will help our clients navigate the complex world of modern digital advertising and marketing. We’ll look to you to help our clients envision, execute and refine their integrated digital strategy. Your key responsibilities
There is no such thing as a typical day. You will support multiple client engagement teams, work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services, and support business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts. You will be a digital advertising solution owner and subject matter resource. You will coach and mentor other consultants through formal and informal channels. You are proficient in creating, implementing, managing, and reporting on all paid media strategies.

To qualify for the role, you must have
BA/BS degree in mathematics, information systems, statistics, marketing, business or related disciplines
5+ years’ experience in marketing, with a heavy focus in digital advertising
Experience in SEM, display advertising, and social marketing leading practices and deep understanding of industry performance standards
Experience with A/B testing of ads, bids, landing pages, and keywords
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, to use data to measure campaign performance and optimize for ROI and KPIs
In-depth experience with AdTech software and tools
Understanding of the programmatic AdTech ecosystem, including DSP and SSP
Capable of delivering contextual, thoughtfully presented, data visualizations
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and to explain technical concepts to a functional audience
Proven track record of creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns
Experience managing a team
Experience developing proposals for new business
Strong ability to listen and understand the question and develop and deliver clear insights
A valid driver’s license in the US; willingness and ability to travel to meet client needs
Ideally, you’ll also have
Demonstrated advanced Excel, Power BI, or Tableau experience
Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Advertising Accreditations and/or Adobe Ad Cloud certification(s)
Experience with Adobe Analytics, WebTrends, or Google Analytics
