Your Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll work on a dynamic mix of projects helping our clients solve some of their most pressing issues. Working in diverse, inclusive teams to build relationships with our clients, you’ll deliver innovative high quality work products. As a Senior and Sales Strategist, you will oversee the development of the overall customer sales strategy, execution of that vision and management of client service delivery.

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Experience across multiple full lifecycle technology-enabled business transformations, enabled by CPQ and other front office technologies to help clients reinvent their future state customer sales and service delivery models.

  • Experience in developing following for sales and service :

  • Agile user story development / methodology

  • Business process redesign for lead-to-cash processes

  • Requirements gathering, definition, and prioritization

  • Sales and service operating model design

  • Implementation roadmapping and planning

  • Business case development

  • Change management and business readiness planning

  • Experience in enabling leading-practice CPQ/CLM-related business capabilities, including: product rationalization/simplification, configuration logic design, pricing/discounting logic design and processes, contract simplification/harmonization and design, solution and guided selling process development

  • Specific experience with Apttus or Callidus CPQ implementations

  • Past experience working with IT and business stakeholders to achieve expected outcomes

  • Ability to foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment. You’ll play an active role in managing, counselling, and mentoring junior level consultants

  • Demonstrated understanding of CPQ/CLM and related Lead-to-Order technologies

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years of work experience in Consulting, Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Service, CPQ/CLM Technologies, Channel Marketing, and/or Customer Experience.

  • A valid passport and US driver’s license; willingness and ability to travel estimated 80% both domestically and internationally.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Advanced knowledge of industry trends, best practices and technological innovations to refine/evolve sales strategies accordingly.

  • Experience with helping organizations deliver a differentiated channel experience addressing both their sales and service needs.

  • A valid passport and US driver’s license; willingness and ability to travel estimated 80% both domestically and internationally.

  • Past experience in consulting, sales operations, customer sales or other relevant experience in a client facing role.
