*The opportunity *

We're looking for a talented and collaborative Product Management Senior who loves working with and learning from a multidisciplinary team, creates exceptional experiences, and excels at communicating with clients.

*Your key responsibilities *

As a Product Management Senior, who loves working with and learning from a multidisciplinary team; Execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product or a set of products within a product family.

*Skills and attributes for success *

  • Experience using design thinking techniques to solve complex business problems with simple, industry-leading design solutions. 

  • Ability to foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment, taking an active role in mentoring junior level consultants. 

*To qualify for the role you must have *

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Fine Arts, Communications, Design, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience in product management. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Fine Arts, Communications, Design, or a related field with at least 4 years of experience in product management.

  • Must have 2 year of experience in product development, including a combination of one or more of the below:

  • Investigating, selecting, and driving the development of medium to large products and services;

  • Developing product vision, strategy, and roadmap;

  • Driving customer research activities;

  • Communicating roadmaps to customer community and incorporating feedback and requirements into plans and roadmaps.

  • Must have 2 years of experience in Agile.

  • Must have 2 years of experience in DevOps practices and services.

  • Must have 2 years of experience working with engineering and design teams.

  • Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a [secret/public trust] clearance or higher.

  • The EY Government and Public Sector Practice’s staffing model is to assign resources to projects aligned to the office within the metropolitan area you have been hired; however, in certain circumstances, travel may be required within and/or beyond your geographic region based on client and project needs.  For roles within the federal practice, the flexibility to travel up to approximately 30% is preferred. Within the state, local and education practice, the flexibility to travel up to approximately 80% is preferred.

*Ideally you’ll also have *

  • Prior consulting experience with a Big 4 firm or large global institution. We will also consider media management or digital creative agency experience.
