EY is a dynamic and innovative consulting company seeking a creative and talented Copywriter/Content Lead with a background in life sciences to join our team and contribute to our mission.

The opportunity: As a Copywriter/Content Lead with expertise in life sciences, you will play a crucial role in developing compelling and scientifically accurate derivative, modular content that communicates complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner for our clients. Working closely with our client’s marketing teams, you will create derivative and modular content for a variety of digital platforms to effectively convey the value and impact of their products and services for campaigns across various channels.

Key responsibilities:

· Content Creation:

o Develop clear and concise copy for a range of marketing materials across digital channels, including IVAs, websites, banners, emails, and social media platforms utilizing modular, derivative content.

o Leverage technical and scientific information to create accessible and compelling content for a diverse audience.

· Collaboration:

o Work closely with the marketing team to gather information and ensure accuracy in messaging.

o Collaborate with an offshore production team to generate compelling digital tactics leveraging modular content.

· Brand Voice and Consistency:

o Maintain and uphold the brand’s voice, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.

· Editing and Proofreading:

o Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, grammar, and adherence to style guidelines.

o Collaborate with team members to review and improve each other's work.

· Compliance:

o Ensure that all copy complies with relevant industry regulations and standards, including those related to life sciences promotional marketing.

o Collaborate with promotional review process at client.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

· Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Life Sciences Marketing, Healthcare or Life Science Advertising Agency).

· Proven experience as a copywriter or content lead within life sciences at an Agency.

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to distill complex information into clear, engaging content.

· Familiarity with life science industry regulations and guidelines governing promotional marketing.

· Proficiency in using content creation tools and promotional platforms (e.g., Adobe, e-wizard, Veeva).

· Willingness to be on-site 40-60% of the time in Princeton, NJ.

What we offer

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $90,600 to $106,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
