Workfront Design Consultant – Tech Consulting Manager

Your key responsibilities
As a Workfront Design Consultant Manager, you will lead an integral part of our technology consulting organization that leverages Workfront to drive successful business decisions and digital experiences for our clients. You will be responsible for implementing operating model & workflow transformation initiatives via marketing technologies including Adobe Workfront & Adobe Workfront Fusion. You will play a critical role in the development lifecycle, designing solutions that meet business requirements, Adobe Workfront Fusion build, and Adobe Workfront configuration.
More specifically, you will:
Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds
Conduct discovery working sessions with key stakeholder groups to gather critical business requirements
Build & redesign process maps to improve operational efficiency & gaps mitigation
Assess client input & workflow to translate into Workfront & Fusion build requirements
Manage project plan & implementation roadmap for successful launch
Configure users, project templates, layouts, queues, custom forms, reports and other project artifacts that align with the defined requirements and plan created during discovery & design phase
Conduct QA & assist in client UAT efforts of Workfront & Fusion solution prior to launch
Lead training sessions & create job aids to assist with client adoption of Workfront solution
Identify opportunities for continuous innovation in process, configuration design, or workflow automation
Display strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior-level leadership & client teams regarding change management
Lead as advisor to client on op model / workflow optimization, Workfront configuration, Fusion scenario design, & change management priorities
Work in agile sprints (as appropriate)

To qualify for the role you must have
BA/BS degree in marketing, business or related disciplines
5+ years of experience implementing Adobe Workfront & Workfront Fusion
Ability to create & lead client-facing presentations
Experience with operating model or process redesign
Familiarity with Visio, Mural, or other process mapping tools
Familiarity or experience working within an Agile framework and related tools
A valid driver's license in the US; willingness and ability to travel to meet client needs
Ideally, you'll also have
- Experience working on large-scale client implementations

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $108,600 to $199,100. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $0130,3000 to $226,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
