What will a great IA Consultant do at EY?

  • Responsible for designing and automating complex process flows using RPA tools (e.g. Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UIPath etc).

  • Use cognitive process automation using algorithms and analytics to unlock tangible benefits

  • Responsible for analysis, design, development, testing and rollout of automated solutions

  • Help clients develop and evolve their automation strategy

  • Communicate concepts and action plans crisply to sourcing provider, business, IT and division leadership

  • Mentor our junior workforce through training, accreditation and build significant automation assets

  • Work in a collaborative manner across our Oceania Intelligent Automation practice.

You can expect autonomy in this role, so you’ll also need the ability to take initiative and seek out opportunities to improve our current relationships and processes. Skills and Attributes We Are Looking For

Essential

  • Consulting experience in a Big Four, Strategy House or Technology Firm

  • Experience in leading teams execute projects across the full lifecycle of RPA

  • Process analysis, definition and optimisation experience and proven experience in process automation

  • Robotic process automation development experience and associated certifications using leading solutions such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Pega and Automation Anywhere

  • Automation solution designer experience for robotic process automation and/or cognitive solutions

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to enable effective interaction across a clients’ business

  • Experience in working on projects utilising Agile project management methods

  • Enthusiasm, curiosity and a thirst for creating and developing new solutions

Highly desirable

  • A track record in architecting and building automation technology platforms including robotic process automation, cognitive solutions including chatbots, machine learning and AI

  • Experience in deploying RPA infrastructure, including application and database servers, and virtual environments

  • Application of cognitive or machine learning solutions to help automate and augment a business process

  • Automation experience in Utilities and Government
