Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY's growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

As Campus Recruiter Supervising Associate, in the National Advisory Practice you will recruit qualified campus MBA graduates to fill experienced hire level positions along with intern opportunities. You will own specific competencies in our Process Improvement and Connected Growth Platforms on a national and regional level. You'll coordinate recruiting activity, and develop and maintain relationships with campus placement offices and faculty. You'll also be responsible for EY's brand and image on the college campus.

You'll guide Client Service recruiting teams on recruitment processes, and be the main contact point for students, the Campus Recruiting leader and the HR People Shared Services Center (HRPSS). By working with recruiting coordinators and others, you'll confirm that all candidates receive appropriate attention. You'll also administer and coordinate sub-Area/Business Unit internship programs. You'll gain exposure to diverse Human Resources (HR) situations and deal with extraordinary issues.

In this role you'll receive general supervision, and frequently work on projects with only periodic updates to your supervisor. You may also supervise lower level professional or administrative staff.


  • Consultwith recruiting teams and sub-Area leaders to achieve diversity andinclusiveness in EY's campus recruiting, sharing leading practices

  • Challengecurrent recruiting processes, bringing new ideas

  • Carryout campus recruiting to fill entry level staff and intern positions

  • Actas primary recruiting point-of-contact for key client groups. Develop andmaintain relationships with the following people or groups: academic faculty;career office employees; students; the Campus Relations Partner; Client Servicerecruiting teams; the Campus Recruiting Leader; and the HRSSC

  • Workwith the Campus Recruiting Leader and senior campus recruiters, to confirm thatrecruiting is consistent with national guidelines and the law, and meets EY'sobjectives for strategically important schools

  • Workwith senior members of the recruiting team, to establish a consistentrecruiting approach that matches other top-rated professional service firms

  • Coordinaterecruiting activities for sub-Area/Business Unit internship programs.Coordinate EY's participation in various diversity conferences (e.g.,Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting or NationalAssociation of Black Accountants)

  • Activelyrecruit internal client-serving professionals to represent EY on campus. Guidethese individuals on established recruiting procedures and protocols

  • Implementsourcing strategies to identify talented candidates, paying particularattention to diversity initiatives

  • Maintaina constant and steady focus on the local market place, and disseminate localmarket intelligence to key client groups

  • Coordinatewith recruiting assistants and others to confirm all candidates receiveappropriate care and attention

  • Helpwith national initiatives as needed

  • Utilizethe applicant tracking system to capture all recruiting and hiring activity

  • Maymanage a large but relatively uncomplicated project (e.g., the second roll-outof an initiative that is already underway), or a small but more complex project(e.g., a new program that touches multiple Business Units)

  • Representthe work group on a project team for small-to-medium size HR projects

  • Mayserve on a large HR project, with support and feedback from supervisor and/orother project team members

  • Autonomouslymodify some project steps to reflect work group consensus

Toqualify, candidates must have:

  • Bachelor'sdegree, or equivalent work experience

  • Aminimum of 5-7 years of related experience

  • Abilityto attract and retain talent

  • Abilityto quickly acquire solid understanding of relevant firm businesses

  • Englishlanguage skills - excellent written and verbal communication

  • Demonstratedadvanced understanding and application of principles and practices of aspecific professional discipline. Such a broad knowledge base is necessary toperform a wide variety of duties
