Control Towers are the central hub of the supply chain ecosystem, acting as “lighthouses” for supply chains by giving end-to-end visibility to extended and geographically dispersed supply chains by integrating data from various systems. Control Tower solutions provide real-time visibility into global supply chains, identify disruptions and trigger resolution workflows.

Your key responsibilities
You will focus on designing and implementing (along with counterparts and solution architects) solutions for large, Fortune 500 customers using the Control Tower solutions from leading software providers. In addition, you will need to understand the customers’ requirements and use cases to map to the Control Tower solution, while working with technical architects to address integration needs.
Skills and attributes for success
A solid functional foundation in the Control Tower/Supplier and Forecast Collaboration, Logistics, Distribution and Transportation domains, and be hands-on with the broader technical and cloud teams as part of the implementation cycle
A deep knowledge of industry best practices and the ability to implement them by working with EY consultants, clients, and EY alliance partners
Demonstrate the ability to communicate and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to drive solutions
Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for user, management and executive-level audiences
Ability to configure Control Tower solutions and work with the clients, fellow EY teams and toolsets through the design, build, test and cutover cycles
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
To qualify for the role, you must have
Bachelor’s degree and 10 or more years of related work experience
Five or more years of hands-on experience in Control Tower or Logistics or Transportation Management or OMS/Inventory Management domains. Relevant solutions consulting and implementation experience with other leading supply chain planning solutions, such as Blue Yonder, Oracle, SAP, or other leading APS and ERP may be considered.
Strong business analysis skills, understanding and usage of Order Management/Supply Planning/Inventory Management concepts, awareness of tactical planning on the overall supply chain required
Exposure to supply chain visibility solutions, especially in the execution space
Exposure and understanding of SaaS technologies as a techno-functional resource
Experience in Agile implementation methodology
Experience in modern analytical tools, such as PowerBI and Tableau
Ideally, you will also have
- APICS certification or similar supply chain degree
