Your Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for ERP (Finance & Supply Chain Management) projects. You will provide business and application consultancy to our clients and lead solution design sessions with client and project team with members across multiple EY service lines. You will manage the functional side of projects through discovery, business process transformation, testing, training, and go live support. During the project life cycle, you will work within the frame of the project timeline and manage critical business requirements and present a technical vision and solutions in the form of process design, custom development, and integrations to meet that vision.
Skills and attributes for success
Working in project teams through agreed upon phases of project governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training and rollout of a client's project lifecycle
Leading team members in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP market.
Providing broad functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft D365 F&SCM modules such as Advanced Warehouse / Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Logistics, Product Information Management, and Inventory Valuation
Leading design workshops with client professionals and provide guidance on technical architecture and proposed solutions to identified gaps while ensuring the technical directions stay aligned with the client’s strategy for the project.
Provides leadership and technical guidance in supply chain management and proactively identifies risks and mitigation plans within respective functional area
Teaming with client technology professionals, and third-party strategic alliances
Developing long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally
Interacting and communicating effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives
To qualify for the role you must have
Bachelor's degree, preferable in Computer Science, Software Engineering or business, and 6 or more years of related work experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering.
6 or more years of significant technical and functional project experience implementing ERP/Supply Chain solutions with experience in modelling business processes and translating user requirements into technical specifications.
2 or more years of team management experience in at least one of the following platforms: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, 2012, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
Minimum of 5 full lifecycle implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O / Dynamics AX
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills
Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior consulting experience relevant to industry specific business and technology functions
Ability to travel up to 25%
Ideally, you'll also have
Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering, desired; master's degree in one of these areas preferred
Hands on experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry highly preferred
Microsoft D365FO Supply Chain certifications highly desired
Additional supply chain or manufacturing certification (CSCP, CPIM, etc.)

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $235,400. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,100 to $267,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
