Job Summary: Strategic Operations & Enablement Supervising Associate

As a Strategic Operations & Enablement (SO&E) Supervising Associate on the Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team, you will support several key operational areas, internal processes and enablement tools within the US Marketing function.

In this role, you’ll work with various stakeholders across US Marketing, acting as a subject matter expert for team tools, channels and resources. You’ll provide general project support in specific areas such as budgeting and planning, learning initiatives, team communication development and management of team tools and processes. This role requires a person who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment and is adept at proactively managing tasks and embracing new and dynamic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all US Marketing communication channels, lists, SharePoint sites and tools, liaising with any necessary development teams to provide ad hoc maintenance, troubleshooting and updates.

  • Collaborate with the team to manage and coordinate various planning logistics throughout the year including creating and promoting materials, scheduling team read-out sessions and data collection, reporting and analysis.

  • Work with the Strategic Operations & Enablement Leader, Finance and Talent to track and manage headcount changes to enable accurate and up-to-date budget forecasting

  • Assist with the writing of internal communications and the deployment of other enablement initiatives pertaining to the US Marketing audience.

  • Assist with the maintenance and operations of different tools used to gather information from the US Marketing team.

  • Manage the intake and processing of US Marketing event attendees into the Marco client intelligence tool as needed.

  • Support and manage miscellaneous leadership initiatives, reporting requests and/or special projects as needed.

  • Track and project manage areas for process improvement and optimization.

To qualify, candidates must have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, as well as other Microsoft 360 collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Teams and Power BI.

  • Strong communications skills, including experience with writing and distribution of group communications.

  • Ability to proactively anticipate next steps and independently solve problems, while also knowing when to seek assistance or escalate potential issues to higher supervision.

  • Capability of managing multiple, complex and time-sensitive projects through organization and prioritization.

  • Desire to learn more about Marketing but comfortable with working behind the scenes in an operational support role.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant operations, project management or coordination experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.

What we offer

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $72,100 to $134,900. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $86,600 to $153,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
