*Your key responsibilities *

  • As a co-op/intern on the, you will work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week with potential for overtime) while gaining the exceptional experience of our Campus Recruiting Coordinator position.   

  • You’ll be responsible for administering the campus recruiting strategy including identifying creative approaches to events and activities in support of our recruiting efforts.   

  • You’ll be working within various software tools including applicant tracking systems to help track and report on a high volume of candidates to identify hiring trends.  

  • You’ll liaise and manage communications with Career Services offices on campuses in coordinating events and activities.  

  • You’ll be an integral part of the candidate selection process building relationships with students and business leaders.  

  • You’ll coordinate interviews and assist with the logistics including schedules, room reservations and communications.  

  • You’ll work closely with our internship programs in organizing and executing events.  We’ll look to you to make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence.  

  • You’ll need to be able to travel at times for meetings and events and you’ll need to be able to work longer hours in a week as required based on the business and project needs.

  • Qualifications 

  • Ability to commit 40 hours per week to this role, with the potential for additional overtime as needed, during the months of January through June 2022. 

  • You’ll be helping to coordinate multiple programs and events and managing a high volume of candidates so strong organizational skills and attention to detail are key.  You’ll need to have a strong focus on customer service including attention to producing high quality results. You’ll also need to be adaptable and agile to everchanging work priorities/environment.  You’ll have strong teaming skills with the ability to build relationships with team members in different offices sharing knowledge and best practices. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint   

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 

  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively while maintaining attention to detail 

  • Minimum of one prior co-op experience or at least 3 consecutive months of related work experience 

  • A driver’s license valid in the U.S.

  • Ideally, you’ll also have  

  • Experience working within professional services or large matrix corporate environment  

  • Human Resources or recruiting related experience

PRVI technology provides a great opportunity for you to share more about your qualifications and interests, as well as to ask more specifics about EY and the role for which you are interviewing.
