Your key responsibilities
CIO’s are positioned to partner closely with the business to drive capital efficient growth, enable customer experience, and transform their technology portfolio. IT organizations have historically run in a project-led, waterfall methodology with increasing pressure from the business to run IT at a reduced cost year over year. There is an opportunity to optimize IT’s back-office operational focus and reallocate to value-add, business enabling, revenue generating products. In the digital world, most business investments and ventures will require technology. To enable digital transformation, EY influences technology executives to drive outcomes and revenue in partnership with their business.
Skills and attributes for success
A manager is responsible for delivering client engagements and supporting sales across the full spectrum of product delivery including: Business & IT Transformation Management, Product Organization Enablement, Product Strategy, Planning, and Design, and Product Implementation & Delivery.
To qualify for the role you must have
5 to 10 years of experience as a consultant in the IT field or comparable industry experience
Experience leading development & implementation of IT strategy, digital transformation, Agile operating model, & customer experience frameworks
Experience in a product development environment completing customer research, requirements, user stories, roadmaps, release plans, organization readiness activities, and product launch
A proven ability to lead stakeholders and successfully manage product delivery teams
Familiarity with leading agile frameworks, DevSecOps, value realization, technology platforms, and emerging technologies.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience working with a Big 4 or boutique technology consulting firm preferred
Direct experience in backlog management and prioritization, customer/user research, success criteria/metric creation, design thinking, prototyping, MVP development
