EY professionals advise clients how to architect, select and implement bleeding-edge solutions required to efficiently run their businesses, with a focus on digital and cloud. These service areas span supply chain management and execution, e-commerce, solution architecture, mobile applications, digital platform architecture, digital technology strategy and digital IT operations.

Most of your time will be spent embedded with and leading teams, deployments and initiatives in client engagements where we will look to you to provide our clients with a differentiated business perspective about how they must continue to innovate and remain competitive in this ever-changing industry.
Your key responsibilities
You will be responsible for the technical realization of your projects and serve as the main point of contact for your customers. You will guide customers through the entire project lifecycle.
You will focus on the design, customization and optimization of solutions to meet the client's planning requirements, working in collaboration with OMP's solution architects and technical team. You will lead teams, including EY professionals, the client's personnel and those from the applicable software provider, as well as team with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver OMP-based solutions that will bring our clients' digital vision and strategy to life.

Working and leading project teams through agreed-upon phases of project governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training and rollout of a client's project life cycle
Owning and collaborating with team members to develop applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY services in the digital and emerging technology consulting markets
Providing broad technical knowledge of various key technology and business platforms
Teaming with client technology professionals and third-party strategic alliances
Developing long-term relationships and networks, both internally and externally
Interacting and communicating effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders and executives
To qualify for the role you must have
A bachelor's degree and 10 or more years of related work experience
Extensive experience in a leadership role and responsibilities delivering projects in supply chain management with a focus on supply planning and demand management as a business domain
A good understanding of value chain synchronization and supply chain reinvention
Hands-on knowledge of OMP's supply chain planning applications, including:
Demand Management
Operational Planning, including Detailed Scheduling
Enterprise Supply Planning, Network Planning
Inventory Optimization and Sales and Operations Planning
Scheduling and Sequencing
Experience with multiple advanced planning tools, such as OMP, Blue Yonder or JDA and o9 or Kinaxis
Experience within OMP deployments with deep functional and domain experience and hands-on experience in design, configuration, training, knowledge transfer, customer communication and documentation
Led and managed two to three full lifecycle OMP supply chain planning implementations in large and complex environments
Led and participated in:
Gathering business requirements
Analyzing and transforming to application requirements
Performing fit-gap analysis
Leading functional design approval process
Interaction with the development team to test and deliver the solution
Assisting customers during user acceptance testing
Preparing and reviewing documentation
Working experience with on-site and offshore delivery model environment
Subject matter in the following supply and demand planning areas:
Inventory planning
Planning horizons
Modeling supply chain constraints
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills
Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior consulting experience relevant to industry-specific business and technology functions
Flexibility and willingness to travel. Must have a valid driver's license
Ideally, you'll also have
Three or more years of OMP implementation experience
A degree emphasis in Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or Mathematics; a master's degree in one of these preferred areas
Certifications and prior consulting experience

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $235,400. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,100 to $267,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
