Microsoft 365 Project Senior
EY advises clients to understand, architect, select and implement bleeding edge solutions required to efficiently run their businesses, with a focus on cloud and digital workplace transformation. These consulting services include technical architecture and strategy, solution and service offering design and implementation, and technical advisory services.

Most of your time will be spent embedded with our clients' team and we'll look to you to provide our clients with a unique business and technical perspective on how they must continue to innovate and remain competitive in this ever-changing industry.
As a Project Manager, you will have depth in knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform and with a baseline knowledge of Azure cloud services. You will lead and participate in enterprise solution implementations and across the Microsoft 365 portfolio, including all project phases such as discovery, definition, build, test and deploy. This will include building and maintaining project plans, resource allocation, tracking milestones, deliverable and change requests to ensure proper project governance is in place. You will be an integral part of the delivery team to ensure implementations are within scope and manage timeline, budget, and resources, collaborating with both the team and the client.
*Your key responsibilities *
You will focus on managing the implementation team for the evaluation, design, customization, and optimization of Microsoft 365 solutions. You will coordinate your team with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements and deliver solutions that will bring our client's digital vision and strategy to life.
You'll work with the client to define their timeline, scope, and resource constraints. You will provide guidance and oversight of the project team, working closely with the solution architect, client, and stakeholders to provide status updates, address any challenges, including proper execution of corrective actions, and continuously move projects forward to meet timeline, budget, and scope expectations. You will leverage EY's implementation methodologies, from SOW and surrounding tools throughout implementation and support.

Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask
Produce project deliverables consistent with project management methodologies to include, but not limited to, project schedules staffing plans, status reports, and communication plan documentation
Collaborate with Solution Architect and implementation team members for adjustments to timelines, resources, and key deliverables
Leads and challenge the team for any scope changes that arise
Demonstrate accountability for the results of the team
Coordinates across multidisciplinary teams and collaborates with functional analysts, architects, and developers, communicating requirements for a complete solution
Monitors the progress and quality of the project in collaboration with stakeholders and project governance team
*To qualify for the role you must have *
Minimum of 2+ years of experience leading Microsoft 365 deployments
Experience in managing projects for complex enterprise clients ($500k - $5M engagement size)
Microsoft 365 implementations and migrations
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and related technologies including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Project
Self-starter and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities
Excellent communication, leadership, and client development skills
Up to 50% out-of-town travel required for this job
*Ideally, you'll also have *
PMP, PMI, Microsoft 365 certification or work equivalent
Prior consulting experience highly preferred
