The Opportunity

As a Neuro-Diverse Centers of Excellence (NCoE) Government & Publice Sector (GPS) Data and Analytics Analyst, you’ll be based in one of our Innovation Delivery Hub locations that partners directly with the (GPS) Service Delivery Center, which is made up of high-performing US-based colleagues who work closely with our experienced Service Line professionals to deliver project-based work and managed services to our federal clients. The Service Delivery Center is a core component of the Government & Public Sector practice (GPS). This role is part of our Data and Analytics (“DnA”) team within our NCoE GPS Service Delivery Center.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will assist in analyzing large client financial and operational data sets by compiling data into visually represented reports and also assist in performing manual and automated data extraction, transformation, and loading procedures by running reports, checking and compiling data. You will also assist in creating and executing queries to view, create and update client data by defining report requirements, developing reports, generating reports and develope nteractive dashboards by designing, developing, and running reports. You will create and process data files and other client deliverables by compiling data into reports and evaluate data files according to client expectations of data quality. You will create client business, financial and operational documentation by keeping version control, and compiling data to create final documents. You will also assist in the collection of client financial and operational data for weekly / monthly and ad hoc reporting by analyzing data and reporting any risks or concerns and execute on and deliver engagement specific tasks as directed.

  • Strong technical skills and troubleshooting techniques

To qualify for this role, you must have:

  • United States citizenship; and must be able to obtain and maintain a secret level clearance or higher

  • A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1 year of related job experience or demonstrated ability to learn and perform the role

  • Exposure to and coding experience in SQL, R, and/or Python is required

  • Experience in Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI visualization development and integration with live databases is preferred

  • Exposure to ETL concepts and/or tools is desired

  • Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills

  • Flexibility and ability to work with a nationally distributed team

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

  • Ability to prioritize assignments, meet tight deadlines, and follow up on open issues

  • Excellent English language skills – both written and verbal

  • Flexibility to travel up to 20%

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Ability to progress towards achieving CISA, PMP, Tableau, Power BI, or a programming or statistical language certification(s)

The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $50,800 to $94,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
