EY is seeking a dynamic procurement professional who is passionate about Talent Acquisition & Talent Management Procurement, who has exciting visions for the future, the ability to deliver and would look forward to join a global leader on our ambitious Procurement journey.

This role will give you an opportunity to become a key member of EY’s Global Procurement Talent Acquisition & Talent Management Leadership team, responsible for helping to shape, drive and deliver Procurement strategies and processes in the Global, Regional and Local markets. The Talent Acquisition pillar includes Recruitment of permanent and contingent labour, Onboarding services, consulting services and risk management services. The Talent Management pillar includes Insurances, Benefits and Rewards, Learning and Development, and Payroll services.

You will work closely with Talent function/Service Lines across 21 EY regions, and strongly contribute to the future Global Procurement vision including business strategies, demand management, sourcing execution and related operational processes.

Your key responsibilities:

You will report to the Global Leader for Talent Acquisition or the Global Leader for Talent Management and be responsible for the procurement strategy, sourcing execution, and stakeholder engagement for selected programs/projects across the Talent portfolio of over $1.5bn per annum

You will:

  • Be responsible for leading, designing and implementing global andcross regionalcategory sourcing programs across the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management portfolios listed above, and delivering brand and quantitative value through strong negotiations, added value, process efficiencies and demand management.

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic suppliers global through an innovative SRM program and in collaboration with the business leads and relevant stakeholders.

  • Actively participate in relevant industry discussions to promote and exchange best practice with peers in non-competing industries.

  • Lead regular meetings withStakeholders within Talent andkey senior business partners including Market Leaders and risk management and to co-develop and support the overall business strategy.

  • Actively develop, lead and promote the use of innovative solutions such as robotics, analytics and other online digital business solutions.

  • Potentially manage a team of procurement specialists across multiple locations, including regular counsellor meetings, quarterly reviews and continuous feedback and mentoring.

  • Lead, design and implement key strategic Talent initiatives.

  • Work closely with other business partners including Risk management, Global Client Serving Partners, Sector Leaders, etc. on a regularly basis.

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • Approximately 10 plus years of Procurement experience, including but not limited to sourcing and demand management to include covering all areas of Talent/HR spend

  • Demonstrated track record of defining and delivering Procurement strategies in the area of Talent Acquisition & Talent Management services such as, but not limited to, Recruitment, Consultancy, Learning & Development, Mobility and Total Rewards

  • Experience of working in global and complex matrix organization and liaising with different cultures

  • Strong of experience in direct or indirect management of global teams and senior stakeholders

  • Proven people development and management skills

  • Strong business acumen and ability to link business needs to sourcing strategies

  • Build rapport efficiently, connects and expand network and promote teaming and consensus

  • Proposes credible options, influences appropriately and reaches resolution with senior leaders

  • Demonstrate effective decision-making and maturity that enhance interactions

  • Adapt to the styles and cultural differences of others and incorporates feedback in order to maximize relationships and outcome

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in fluent business English

  • The ability to travel up to 30-50% for strategic planning, stakeholder meetings, people management, project coordination and implementation

  • Ideally have Proven sourcing experience in other categories such as technology or travel

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
