The opportunity

EY's Technology Solutions Delivery practice assists our national consulting practices in planning, pursuing, delivering, and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives along with providing experience in leading practices, methods, and resources in Infor’s applications and technology space. Consultants in the Health Cloud ERP practice advise clients to understand, architect and implement the core applications and technology required to run their business. Our focus will be on helping our clients to implement technology to enable business and operational improvement.

The individual will work as part of the Technology Solutions Delivery organization as a Health Cloud ERP Senior Manager in the Health, Sciences and Wellness Sector to identify and close sales opportunities and provide consulting services to predominantly Healthcare Provider clients to help them improve business performance. The individual will work to lead transformative engagements and EY workstream leads in Financials, Supply Management and/or Human Capital Management, all part of the suite of applications we typically implement for our clients. General requirements include hands-on experience with implementations and/or upgrade of one of the top Cloud ERP solutions: Infor v11, Workday or Oracle Cloud applications along with project leadership and subject matter expertise. Position works directly with the client, providing hands-on leadership, process design, application build support, training, testing, problem resolution, go-live support and change management. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the below:

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Help mentor, coach, and counsel their team members to build an inclusive culture with high-performing teams,

  • Maximize operational efficiencies on engagements,

  • Enhance the EY brand through strong external relationships across a network of existing and future clients and alliance partners,

  • Help develop the commercial plan for growing the Health Cloud ERP practice and support its execution

  • Provide strategic and relevant insight, connectedness, and responsiveness to all clients to anticipate their needs,

  • Stay current with the latest trends in the Healthcare industry to be a trusted advisor and subject-matter resource for our client’s business,

  • Provide industry insights that energize growth by supporting health sector thought leadership development,

  • Lead consulting engagements that solve complex issues in the Healthcare industry,

  • Successfully lead and delegate work to team members,

  • Support the EY inclusiveness culture,

  • Successfully manage engagement time and budgets,

  • Demonstrate deep understanding of the client’s industry and marketplace,

  • Use technology to continually learn, share knowledge and enhance client service delivery,

  • Drive new business opportunities by developing ideas, proposals, and solutions,

  • Support development of new business opportunities in conjunction with the business development teams,

  • Actively participate in the RFI/RFP process and development of the technical aspects of proposals in line with customer needs, liaising and qualifying with other colleagues as necessary,

  • Present technical solutions to customers, both formally and informally,

  • Author high-quality, informative content as a response to the technical section (with solution descriptions, diagrams) as part of the RFI/RFP process,

  • Where appropriate, provide consultation to customers in the development of their requirements,

  • Develop long-term relationships with networks both internally and externally,

  • Be the voice of Healthcare in the Heath, Sciences and Wellness sector; gather and consolidate market observations and trends,

  • Validate order documentation before submitting it to the delivery team,

  • Provide additional information and advice to the Service Delivery and Operations team during the implementation that drive successful delivery engagements that are profitable and of the highest quality,

  • Provide various levels of reports for top opportunities, weekly progress reports and ad-hoc reports requested by management,

  • Maintain and upskill knowledge of various products, services and industry practices,

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related field,

  • A minimum of eight to ten years of related work experience or a graduate degree and eight years of related work experience,

  • A minimum of eight years of experience selling and delivering consulting services to Healthcare clients

  • Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics, and developing new business opportunities,

  • Flexibility to work across people, business, and technology consulting services as needed to pursue sales opportunities and deliver engagements,

  • Proven experience with one of the top Cloud ERP solutions: Infor v11, Workday or Oracle Cloud Healthcare cloud technology defining overall deployment strategy and/or delivery work experience in one or more of the following domains: finance, supply management and human capital management,

  • Experience with the design and delivery of Infor packaged application software and the project disciplines of program management, project management, organizational change management, and the software development lifecycle associated with custom Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Extensions (i.e., RICE),

  • Ability to work remotely from home via video meeting technologies to pursue sales opportunities, build client relationships and deliver engagements,

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet client demand and a valid driver’s license,

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field,

  • Experience working with Implementation Accelerators,

  • Experience working with Infor Cloverleaf or other interoperability tools related to data interoperability

  • Experience with EHR or EMR systems implementations

  • Experience supporting health-related clients/industry

  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
