Our team of strategic advisors sits at the heart of a global EY real estate network that delivers high quality advice through every phase of the real estate lifecycle. You will leverage EY's global network to support various account teams, service lines, and solutions in order to tackle some of the largest and most complex corporate real estate and workplace challenges facing our clients.
Your key responsibilities
Our CRE technology capability area practitioners work with clients to develop CRE data and technology strategies, develop functional and technical requirements, evaluate and select CRE technology solutions, and implement selected CRE technology solutions. Candidates should possess strong communication, influence, and analytic skills, as well as technical creativity and business acumen.
In order to be effective in CRE, you need to be able to make intelligent and informed decisions about people, place, and technology. You will be an important part of our diverse, talented, and highly experienced team and work at the forefront of high-profile corporate real estate engagements. As a Manager within SaT CRE Consulting, you will spend your days working on strategic and / or operational corporate real estate issues, while working with practice leadership and client management to deliver innovative solutions.

Support engagement with current and prospective clients to diagnose their corporate real estate challenges and identify how EY's suite of services, tools, and technologies can best support their needs
Coach and guide practitioners on functional/technical issues
Help leadership build new markets and generate demand for CRE technology advisory services; provide insight into competitive landscape by tracking and evaluating offerings from established and emergent players
Communicate EY's point of view on relevant and current CRE technology topics and trends
Manage the creation of proposals, presentations and other client-facing materials and deliverables
Analyze and draw insights from complex data sets
Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
Interact at all levels of the client organization
Support large-scale implementations of enterprise applications for clients owning and operating real estate
Develop blueprints of functional and business processes for implementation
Manage development and operations teams, both on- and off-shore, during the design, build and deployment stages of enterprise applications
Manage agile product development sprints and testing cycles; perform integration and user acceptance testing of core and custom-built system functionality
Work with vendors/software providers to demonstrate product capabilities and support vendor selection processes for clients
Perform technical project management activities such as scrum and RAID tracking, budget-to-actuals tracking, invoicing and steering/working committee presentations.
Provide leadership to employees, manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
Lead and direct teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds by providing constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks
Manage risk in the delivery of quality client services
Generate and manage new business opportunities

To qualify for this role you must have
A minimum of:
8+ years of credible, related work experience in leading business development and delivery of strategic projects for a large client or set of clients in the field of corporate real estate technology consulting
6+ years of experience with implementation of integrated workplace management solutions, specifically IBM TRIRIGA, and Planon
6+ years of experience as a project manager for technology projects, including system selection, implementation, integration and change management
2+ years of experience in the workplace technology space, either developing or implementing solutions specifically around occupancy, space utilization and portfolio rationalization
Undergraduate degree in technology, engineering, or other real estate-related field; relevant graduate degree preferred
Strong business and technical orientation; ability to develop business cases to support investment decisions and communicate direction to engineering teams
Experience with agile methodologies for systems implementation
Experience supporting program and project management activities, such as resource planning, schedule development, engagement pricing, and budget management
Effective teamwork, networking, and collaboration skills with ability to get things done in a complex, matrixed environment with distributed teams
Exceptional writing and presentation skills
High proficiency with the MS Office Suite of Products
Experience managing a diverse team of professionals on multiple project teams
Experience working on global teams and cross-functional teams
Experience communicating with C-level and executive-level clients and stakeholders
Ability to travel up to 50%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs
Ideally you'll also have
Experience in: Blue Prism RPA software, R Statistical Packages, Python, and similar software
Understanding of cyber security technologies and concepts is important, ideally accompanied by design experience
Ability to manage teams focused on CRE technology solutions, along with experience developing core technologies in machine learning, natural language processing, robotics, and speech recognition
Working knowledge of the following:
Physical asset tracking and management
Digital twin for building systems

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $109,600 to $200,900. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is 131,500 to $228,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
