From day one you'll work with clients across the spectrum in industry, size, culture, and region. Likewise, you will partner with analysts, partners, interns and client executives on large-scale transformations to help build a better working world.

Key Responsibilities

You'll advise and assist key stakeholders to manage change in their organization. You will work collaboratively to deliver innovative and insightful, yet practical solutions for a range of challenges, simple and complex, by designing change management strategies and approaches.

Typical Change Management projects might involve one or more of the following activities:

  • Performing change impact analysis and gathering stakeholder impacts from the client's transformation initiative

  • Designing and delivering high-impact communications and stakeholder engagement campaigns

  • Evaluating training needs and creating training tools and materials that create ownership of the solution

  • Conducting business readiness assessments, evaluating results, and developing appropriate mitigation strategies for sustained change

Skills and Attributes for success

Your daily responsibilities will depend on your project but in general you'll have responsibilities in these key areas:

  • Knowing your stuff – EY methodologies, industry best-practices and news, and client-specific info. It is critical that everyone on our team has the knowledge he or she needs to help our clients. Don't worry – you'll be building on your current education and expertise with EY training, resources, and cutting-edge thought leadership

  • Solving real problems – our clients face a variety of challenges and situations change every day. Critical thinking, situational reasoning, and practical solutioning is required, often under tight deadlines. A cool head combined with strong analytical skills is a must-have

  • Working with technology – every project involves some level of tech know-how. Comfort around technology and a willingness to build these skills helps us to remain at the forefront of innovation

  • A undergraduate degree with demonstrated academic success

  • A valid US driver's license

  • Desire to learn quickly about a new topic – chances are you'll be unfamiliar with the industry, client, or technology you'll be working with, so curiosity and openness to new ideas are important
