Your key responsibilities

  • Provide front-line remote telephone or on-site IT support for internal staff.

  • Provide functional support on enterprise applications, mobility applications and smart office applications, etc;

  • Responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of quality IT Service to firm wide staff;

  • Company event, meeting support or VIP support experience.

  • Working location:Shanghai.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines;

  • Higher Diploma or above 2 year(s) working experience in customer services industries;

  • Excellent understanding of customer services and strong sense of customer focus;

  • Good capable of oral and written English communication.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Work closely with local and remote IT teams to assess technical and operational requirements of business solutions, and implement system solutions;

  • Provide Video Conferencing support.

  • Good capable of oral and written English communication.

  • Good problem analysis and solving ability;
