The opportunity

As an EY AM&M professional, you'll have an ability to use your experiences to assist driving our clients' business performance leveraging technology. We'll look to you to provide our clients with a unique business and technology perspective that's rooted in modernized product-oriented mindset and help them with their short- and long-term technology transformation journey aligned to their sustainability strategy. You will work with some of the highest performing teams in the industry, deliver exceptional client service, advance your skill set, while developing relationships with some great people along the way. Your key responsibilities

You'll spend most of your time managing client engagement teams, working with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services, and managing business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Leading large-scale client engagements. Fostering relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Consistently delivering quality client services. Driving high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget.

  • Deep understanding of Manufacturing or Mobility domain and the relevant technology landscape within ET, IT and OT functions

  • Deep understanding of energy management solutions, IoT technologies, big data platforms and relevant architectures

  • Experience in designing and developing energy management solutions, Employee Health and Safety (EHS) solutions and ESG reporting solutions

  • Understanding of Scope 1, 2 and 3 reporting requirements

  • Monitoring progress, managing risk, and ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.

  • Managing expectations of client service delivery.

  • Staying abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business

  • Effectively managing and motivating client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Providing constructive on- the- job feedback/coaching to team members.

  • Fostering an innovative and inclusive team- oriented work environment. Playing an active role in counselling and mentoring junior consultants within the organization

  • Cultivating and managing business development opportunities. Developing and maintaining long- term client relationships and networks.

  • Assisting in the strategy, development, and implementation of a digital transformation roadmap

  • Developing thought leadership for your area of expertise to help strengthen EY's brand in the data management space.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree

  • 8-10 years of experience within Advanced Manufacturing or Mobility industries

  • 4-6 years of experience in delivering Sustainability, Energy Management, EHS, ESG reporting solutions

  • A strong working knowledge and point of view on the evolving concepts and practices for sustainable supply chain and sustainable manufacturing, decarbonization, Scope 1, 2 &3 emissions

  • Understanding of the public, private and hybrid cloud architecture and building connected product solutions in one or more of the following cloud providers (AWS, MS Azure, GCP, IBM)

  • A proven track record of driving revenue within existing clients and developing new prospects at the "C" level of Fortune 500 companies

  • Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value-add solutions - strong analytical and problem- solving skills - actively participate in brainstorming, identifying core issues and effectively finding and using data to manage complex analysis

  • Engagement leadership experience including managing junior level consulting staff, providing regular status updates, monitoring project economics, as well as managing client relationships

  • Strong analytical and problem- solving skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills

  • A willingness to travel to meet client needs. A valid driver's license in the US and a valid passport required

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT or Engineering with a focus on manufacturing and mobility preferred, MBA desired

What we offer

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $163,400 to $373,300. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $196,100 to $424,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
