The overall purpose of the Compute Adoption Analyst is to provide Support to the Compute Adoption Leads in any administrative tasks towards ensuring the customer’s satisfaction and requirements fulfillment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Compute Adoption Leader

  • Execute the BID Management process for providing business case build-back for hosting requirements.

  • Extend the throughput of the Compute Adoption Lead through:

  • Regional placement to cover time zones

  • Carrying forward coordination activities when multiple parties involved

Requirements:

  • Possesses analytical skills and problem solving skills needed to manage multiple factors simultaneously

  • Demonstrates business knowledge/understanding to manage and meet sponsor and customer needs

  • Capable of identifying risks and issues

  • Quick learner and good eye for details

  • Good analysis, logical thinking & reporting skills

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

  • Feel comfortable working with people from diverse cultural types

  • Graduate or studying towards, in Business Administration or System Engineering, or equivalents

  • 1+ years in an IT environment

  • Excellent and fluid written and verbal English language is required

  • Demonstrates high ethics and values - Inspires loyalty and trust, handles oneself ethically following core values and beliefs

  • Recognizes contributions - Praises people for a job well done

  • Embraces diversity - Open to diverse points of view, treats people with respect

Consideration : National and international travel may be required; valid passport needed
