In this exciting and newly created role, the Transformation Consultant will assist in implementing the Financial Services Office, Global Compliance and Reporting, (FSO GCR) tax technology and transformation strategy. Reporting to the FSO GCR Transformation Lead, the Transformation Consultant will work with both external clients and internal teams to ensure the most effective delivery of tax compliance, using best in class technology and processes, while continuing to build out the automation of the practice.
Your key responsibilities
In this strategic role, in conjunction with the FSO GCR Transformation Lead, you will continue to evolve the transformation strategy regarding process improvement and tax technology, within the FSO Tax practice. You will drive continual improvement of EY’s use of tax technology products, and maintain strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
As a lead change agent for the FSO tax practice, you will ensure sufficient training, education and support is provided to tax staff while acting as an escalation point for any issues/questions identified from the FSO GCR champions.

To qualify for the role you must have
A keen interest in developing yourprocess improvement skills within a Big 4 Tax Consulting environment
Superior stakeholder management skills
Ideally, you’ll also have
Corporate Tax Compliance or Advisoryexperience
Experience in Process Improvement
