We are looking for HCM/Workforce Management (WFM) Professionals within the People Advisory Services team. While we are flexible on location Sydney or Melbourne would be preferred.
Your key responsibilities
Create innovativeinsights for clients, adapting methods and practices to fit project needs;
Build clientnetworks and relationships
Use your knowledgeand implementation experience to shape our services to meet client needs
Work on challengingprojects across a diverse range of issues and industries
Leverage yourprevious WFM experience to develop and deliver fit-for-purpose analysis,recommendations, technology solutions, reports, presentations and other projectdeliverables
Work as part of anexperienced team that will give you direct access to talented leaders to guideengagement delivery and support your development
We are currently looking for people withexperience in
The design anddelivery of WFM implementations across a wide range of industries
Architecting andleading Workforce Management projects to enhance business functionality andoverall performance
Strong track recordin end to end implementations across a diverse range of clients usingtechnologies such as Kronos, SAP SuccessFactors (EC, PMGM, LMS, EC Payrollmodules), Workforce Software (WFS) or similar
Workforceoptimisation, scheduling, rostering and time and attendance redesign
WFM systems andprocess design, systems implementation and effectiveness reviews
Skills and attributes for success
A relevant Degree or Qualification inBusiness/Commerce, HR, WFM or Information Systems
Considerable experience in designing andimplementing HCM/WFM technology solutions across any of Payroll, WorkforceManagement, Talent or Employee Experience
Experience in architecting solutions orproject management within a large organisation
Understanding of WFM related businesschallenges and how to improve people and business operations
Consulting experience, including the abilityto engage clients and colleagues at all levels and facilitate clientdiscussions and workshops
Business development/sales experience
Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience writingwinning points of view or proposals
Experience leading,coaching and supporting people to be part of high performing teams
Excellent standardof oral and written communication
Curiosity and desireto challenge the status quo
