As a valued member of our Learning team you will be supporting the team with effective coordination and implementation of Learning events and activities across EY.
Our growing team is looking for someone to support the Talent Development Team in successfully coordinating and deploying Learning & Development courses and classes across Oceania.
Your key responsibilities
You will be scheduling Learning and Development courses, classes and events as per the Learning calendar. You will be involved in the coordination of all associated course and class logistics: room bookings, catering, calendar entries, monitoring pre-work completion, participant communications, distributing program materials, setting up classrooms on the day of learning etc. You will coordinate all participant processes (e.g. nominations, enrollments, attendance, evaluation) working closely with our Global Delivery Services Team. You will be liaising with relevant stakeholders across Oceania; including Service Line technical education teams and Talent.
To qualify for the role you must have
Superior project management skillsincluding delivery of detailed logistics and operational elements ofevents
Demonstrated success in developing andproducing events as a form of learning for participants
Demonstrated success managing a widerange of projects and budgets.
Proactive driver for refining andimproving events upon events.
Excellent stakeholder managementskills at all levels within an organisation
Ideally, you will also have
Excellent interpersonal, negotiationand influencing skills.
Exceptional organisational and timemanagement skills including flexibility and resilience skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Creative and innovative skills
Learning, insurance and financialservices industry knowledge in an advantage
