Your key responsibilities
Senior Consultants and Managers in our Reward team will:
Work as part of a team to analyse and resolve complex reward related issues; design and implement innovative reward solutions; and co-ordinate and project manage these engagements with our clients, locally or across APAC
Prepare and deliver comprehensive and pragmatic advice through technical excellence in one or more of the following competencies:
Executive remuneration: Reviewing and re-designing executive remuneration arrangements (including structure, mix and quantum)to reflect accountabilities and to align with company performance and risk management profiles
Transformational reward: Reviewing, re-designing and implementing changes to whole of workforce reward, performance and recognition structures and practices.
Equity & Legal: Implementing incentive plans in addition to supporting boards and management with their Annual General Meetings, reporting and market disclosures, providing legal advice on CEO/executive contracts and termination arrangements, corporate transactions, IPOs and Corporations Act/Listing Rules compliance.
Work closely within a highly talented, genuinely collaborative multi-disciplinary People Advisory Services team to deliver integrated solutions that align to our client’s business and people strategies, optimise workforce productivity, are tax-effective, and compliant with local and global regulations
Additionally, at a Manager level, you will be required to lead teams and exhibit people leadership capabilities by managing project teams along with staff performance and development.

Display experience and deep technical knowledge in at least one of the above reward competencies
Exhibit a problem-solving mind set and are able to translate client needs into practical and implementable reward solutions
Thrive in an ever-changing client landscape, anticipating and reacting to client needs and challenges, while remaining resilient and focussed
Work effectively with diverse EY and client teams, both in our EY office and on client site working across a variety of client projects on a day to day basis
Display relationship management skills, with the ability to build and develop relationships with both external and internal contacts
Ideally, you’ll also have
Proven consulting experience in remuneration and reward
Strong quantitative and qualitative skills supported by strong Excel and/or data analytics capabilities, with an eye for detail and commitment to quality, teaming and developing others.
