The Opportunity

The GDS Campaign Manager will help the Branding, Marketing and Communications (BMC)

program leaders/ managers to bring their external and/or internal marketing programs to life by understanding the EY business & marketing strategies and transforming business priorities into world-class execution and delivery across the globe. Multi-channel programs can include thought leadership reports and articles, web presence, social media, paid campaigns, events, mediaoutreach, internal communications, webinars, email campaigns and other digital initiatives.

Position Summary:

  • The Executive Brand Marketing and Communications (BMC) team was established during 2014. This has

  • involved theintegration of marketing, communications, PR, service line and sector teams into a consistent global operating model.

  • The APAC Financial Services Organization has ambitious growth targets and needs innovative market programs to build brand reputation – publications, programs, sponsorships and PR - to support these business targets.

  • This campaign manager is a role in the BMC Executive. It sits within the Go-To-Market pillar for APAC FSO and provides project support to marketing programs with a focus on our three sectors – Banking & Capital Markets, Insurance and Wealth and Asset Management. The pillar is responsible for driving marketing activity across all sectors in APAC as well as provides support to our sales-driven campaign program.

  • The role will support marketing senior managers on a project basis in the APAC FSO BMC team, working on projects supporting the business.

  • For an ambitious marketing professional this role provides the opportunity to become involved in the development and deployment of a range of international marketing projects in a professional services area undergoing unprecedented changes.

  • Success in this role is measured through positive relationships with stakeholders, timely execution to plan & budget, management of internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Manage multiple end-to-end campaigns under tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail.

  • Team player with a knack to motivate the team to deliver programs within a stipulated timeframe•Ability to quickly build knowledge of the EY business, particularly the key priorities, structure,internal and external audience, core offerings and our clients’ issues and agendas across sectors and geographies globally

To qualify for the role you must have

  • 12+ years of total B2B marketing experience in professional services or similar industries

  • 12 years experience in end-to-end campaign management, from managing business requirement, implementation across multiple channels, to analysis and all phases in between

  • Experience or knowledge with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe analytics/webtrends/Google analytics, Google AdWords, Sprinklr/Hootsuite, Sysomos, any eMail marketing or marketing auto-

  • mation tool

  • Ability to work as part of an agile team; independent and showing flexibility during peak times

Ideally you also have

High level of networking, team building and stakeholder management skills•Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
